It's Sunday...Today's ENGRISH by DJ SARASA

Every Sunday I have decided to upload funny English or Pictures that I see living in Japan. Let's just call this ENGRISH.
I know exactly what happened here. They were gonna write the translation for the above Japanese (which says Cream Case) but they forgot to change the temporary text.
Thus, it says english english english. The package below is correct?
